STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

1. Questions are answered by your instructor either in person at class or by telephone. A toll-free number is maintained by the school for the students' convenience.

2. Personal, one-on-one critiquing of your skills as you progress through the course. Your progress is monitored at every level and you receive feedback concerning your progress on a class-by-class basis.

3. Information regarding certification requirements for federal and N.C. and S.C. courts is retained at the school and updated as necessary.

4. Contact with professional associations on the state and national levels is maintained by the school and information from these associations is made available to all students as it becomes available.

PLACEMENT SERVICES

The school actively solicits and maintains information from reporting agencies who are in need of reporters. The National Verbatim Reporters Association and National Court Reporters
Association also maintain a current listing of jobs available nationwide. Job availability and placement assistance will be made available to students upon completion of the course.

Due to the demand for professionally trained, certified court reporters, all students who complete the course and become certified should be able to obtain employment in either free-lance or official court reporting positions. The school makes every effort to effect 100% placement of its graduates.
