ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must have attained the age of twenty-one, must possess a high school diploma and be a citizen of the United States of America.

Applications for admission may be obtained by downloading from this webt site or by calling Stenomask Schools of North Carolina, Inc., between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday ((704) 661.5162 ).

HOW TO APPLY

To apply for the course, simply download the enrollment form and application from this web site and fill in the information requested on those forms. Mail to the school the following:

Upon receipt of this paperwork by the school you will receive a written acknowledgement along with the pre-test, which is used to evaluate the student in the areas of spelling,
vocabulary, grammar and punctuation. It is designed to aid the school and the student in identifying any potential problem areas and, if necessary, to take remedial action if deficiencies are found so that performance during the course will not be hindered.

TUITION AND FEES

The total cost of the course for all 16 classes, supplies and equipment as outlined in this handbook is $5500.00.

Payment Schedule

You may elect to pay for the entire course at one time or by the following schedule.

$700.00 application fee (non-refundable)
$1,200 due four weeks before class commencement
$1,200 due three weeks before class commencement
$1,200 due two weeks before class commencement
$1,200 due one week before class commencement

Total cost of the course $5,500


REFUND POLICY

1. An applicant may cancel enrollment at any time before the commencement of classes. Any applicant not requesting cancellation by the scheduled starting date will be considered a student.

2. All monies paid by an applicant are refunded if requested in writing within three days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment.

3. An applicant requesting cancellation after more than three days subsequent to signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid less $500. If an applicant cancels and wishes to take the course subsequently, this $500 does not need to be paid again. If the applicant does, in fact, attend a subsequent course, the fee due upon the application is $200, which is non- refundable.

4. If an applicant wishes to cancel after the course commences, refunds will be made in accordance with the following policy.

a) Cancellation within first week, refund shall be $3000.
b) Cancellation within second week, refund shall be $2000.
c) Cancellation within third week, refund shall be $1000.
d) Cancellation within fourth week, refund shall be $500.
e) Cancellation thereafter, no refund shall be due.
